	ChikPea 100% Native billing solution also uses a unique quote and proposal generating solution. Our use of salesforce visualforce pages in conjunction with our own product objects allow clients to create quotes which combine static reusable pages within dynamically generated data forms. O2BCore Quotes can be used with solution like Docusign or echsign to off electronic signature capability. The most important part of the O2Bcore billing solutions quote module is its ability to be converted directly into an order. As Order management is the key to a strong subscription and quote to cash tool, our quotes are order ready, each line is converted directly to orders for fulfillment.
Orders
	O2BCore Order Management features include the ability to create detailed fulfillment stages allowing for the inclusion of project management in the process of product delivery. Orders can be setup to do as little as authorize access to a service or as much as establish a complete delivery request and tracking.
Billing
	Subscription Billing is the base feature of O2BCore. ChikPea's 100% Native solution allows the complete management of recurring or one-time billing engine in the same environment as any other customer activity. Invoices can be sent to client via PDF, print or through html link to an email. Chikpea's object allows complete Billing in Salesforce by offering contract management natively. Point of Sale, Onetime, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual bills can be sent out in batches of over 10,000 invoices at a time. No other billing system in the salesforce appexchange is able to handle the volume and control of ChikPea's O2Bcore. Each invoice is able to include that cycles charges, accrued charges from previous cycles, along with one time charges from within the month. All of the power of a telecom billing system within a existing salesforce org.
Payments
	Only ChikPea Billing offers the complete native management of external merchant gateways from within SalesForce. Merchant Gateways normally require the management of the entire customer relationship in order to process recurring billing but O2BCore internalizes all the customer details within Salesforce allowing you to change between any choice of available merchant gateway during each billing process.
Subscription Management

Customers with delinquent payments can be be approached for collections using a number of dunning campaign options. By use of Salesforce email templates and the Salesforce appex scheduler solution, ChikPea O2Bcore offers a system which can contact clients on specific schedules while also entering activities into collection managers task lists. A self running dunning manager means that only follow up is needed and not research.
